Workspace audit and rebuild
When workspaces grow organically, with multiple people downloading and trying various templates, businesses often end up with something that is sort of working, while feeling like it's actually broken. I apply my decades of consulting experience in business improvement to understand how your business functions. Then I use my system design and Notion skills to build a new Notion setup for you. I can minimise disruption by re-creating views where they used to be, but built on a much more functional foundation. Then, when ready, you can switch over to intuitive dashboards working on top of a deeply connected system. To support this I provide clear communication at every stage, and hand-over with instructions so you can really understand and own your Notion setup.
Fast take-off with the Complete Business Management Suite
After purchasing the Complete Business Management Suite from Notion Marketplace, I work closely with your team to make any modifications or upgrades that deepen the alignment with your industry and specific needs. I also help set up AI Skills and AI Agents to add real value. And I provide assistance in migrating existing data as desired. Having the best workspace in the world only makes you more profitable if it is being used. I offer training suited to end users, department leaders, admins, and executives. This supports the comprehensive instruction manual provided.
Ongoing support and training
Sometimes you know the outcome you're after, but not what it could look like, or how to get there. There are too many variables and unknown options to write a brief. Sometimes your solution can be done in an hour. But describing it, and negotiating milestones and scope would take many more. The easy solution is to jump into a meeting with me, show me around and describe what you're after. I can build quick examples of options while we talk, adapting to your feedback as we go. Once you're happy, there's usually some tidying up and roll-out, an instruction page, and maybe some staff training. I'm here to help you find those quick fixes, and just get the job done.過去の仕事
